Yamaha YZ250F Clutch Baskets / Plates / Kits
Clutch plates tend to start slipping over time, so if you need replacement plates, you have come to the right place. Wiseco has both friction and steel plates for your YZ250F. The steel clutch plates are similar to OEM plates, but have the durability of aftermarket parts. Wiseco Friction Plates have been manufactured to OEM specs, and have fantastic performance and durability. They have been designed in a way that they can be used with Wiseco clutch parts, or those that come stock on your bike.
Wiseco has a clutch basket that can be used on your bike, as well. It has been forged from aerospace grade aluminum alloy, making it lightweight but very strong. Relief cuts have been used on the outside of the clutch basket in order to reduce weight, therefore lowering the centrifugal force, increasing overall acceleration of the engine. Large oiling holes in the basket tabs increase lubrication, reducing weight even further, and reducing heat build-up.
